Spring is Near?

What a beautiful site! Hydrangea buds

Does this mean Spring is near?

There is green pushing up everywhere.

Daffodils pushing their way toward the sky.  

Having moved to a different region of the country, I wasn't sure when to expect their arrival.

They are scattered throughout the yard.

And then, there is this little guy
