New Life for an Old Dresser

To date, this is my favorite makeover.  I purchased this piece for $7.49, that makes me so happy!

Here is what it looked like Before

I created an inspiration board to help me get a feel for what this piece was destined to be.

The above pictures were taken from the following sites, from left to right:

Here is the finished piece.

This piece has been sold and will go to its new home tonight.  I hate see it go, but am looking forward to may next makeover.

Mirror Makeover

Not an Easy Task

Wow, it's been a while since I posted.  I wasn't planning on taking a break, but sometimes it's hard to get into the swing of things.  We are having nice weather and I have been spending a lot of time outside.  I just need to learn how to balance housework, blogging, projects, baseball games, gardening and a whole lot more.  Not an easy task.

I have managed to complete a mirror makeover for my daughter's room.  Take a look at the before.

Not bad, but it doesn't fit into her decor.  I sprayed it black and then added embellishment.

I've already started on my next project.

The hardware has been removed, it has been sanded and primed and now I'm ready to get creative.  Stay tuned for updates and the reveal.
