The colors of the season

 

I love Autumn, I especially love the colors of the season.



Here is a look at a few pumpkins I put on the kitchen island.


I bought this wooden pedestal bowl at Goodwill a couple of weeks ago and gave it a makeover.

Then all it needed was some pumpkins!

A Little More Fall

I'm adding Fall around the house as I get time, and there isn't enough time to go around it seems.

I purchased the fabric pumpkin at TJ Maxx a couple of weeks ago.

"To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under Heaven"

I created this picture in Microsoft Publisher.

A colorful Fall vignette.

Plastic pumpkins, I painted the two white ones.

I used the mesh and ribbon left over from my wreath, shown here.

Just 1 lonely pumpkin!

I did manager to get some paint time in one day this week.  Here is a sneak peek of the China Cabinet re-do.

TV Armoire Inspiration

So, I got this great buy on a TV Armoire over at Goodwill.  It is now home and I'm looking for some inspiration.

 

Will it house our TV in the  Living Room?

Maybe our TV in the Bedroom?

What about a linen closet?

I love the "Shabby Chicness" of this piece.

 I love everything about this one!

I really like the use of tin tiles for the background.

I didn't get the chance to work on the China Cabinet this weekend.  It is getting close to completion, but I couldn't find time in between this...

PeeWee Football.  My son is the center (the player with his hand on the ball). 

 

Every weekend is a Football Weekend in our house and I love every minute of it!  Although I would love to have some time to spend in the garage with a paint brush in my hand.
